The service
KNCT is business travel software: a web console for travel and finance teams and a mobile app for travellers. It applies travel rules, approvals and finance controls when people book. Features may change as the product grows.
Accounts and access
Access depends on your role and is given through your company. You're responsible for keeping your login details safe and for what happens under your account. The details of accounts and access should be finalised before launch.
Acceptable use
You agree to use KNCT lawfully, and not to misuse it, disrupt it, or try to get into the service or its data without permission. A complete acceptable-use policy should be written before launch.
Ownership
KNCT, including its software, design and content, belongs to us and our licensors. These terms don't transfer any ownership to you. The licence you're given should be spelled out before launch.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" as far as the law allows, and our responsibility is limited as set out in the final terms. A lawyer must review the disclaimers and limits before launch.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "last updated" date above, and we'll tell you about major changes in a suitable way. How we'll tell you should be confirmed before launch.
