Roles and permissions are defined per persona, and the console is persona-gated, each person reaches only what their job needs, and the right to manage something always implies the right to view it.
Full audit trail
The audit log records who did what and when across the whole account, so every booking, approval, change and payment is accountable and can be reconciled long after the trip.
