Your travel rules, checked as people book
Your travel policy shouldn't be a PDF nobody reads. Price limits, cabin limits, how early to book and refundable-only rules are checked against every option the moment a traveller picks it, on the web console and in the app. You know the answer before anything is booked, not after the money is gone.

The activity log is the record behind everything else. Every action, who did what and when, is saved in a complete record that can't be edited. Filter it by person, system event or date range. References and codes are kept exactly, so any booking, approval or payment can be checked long after the trip.
